What we collect
- Account details: your email address when you sign up or sign in (including through Google or Apple sign-in).
- Saved searches: the vehicle criteria you ask us to track (make, model, price, location).
- Contact form inquiries: your name, email, phone number and message when you ask about a car.
- Deal alerts: the alerts generated for your saved searches and whether they've been emailed to you.
How we use it
- To scan car listings that match your saved searches and show you results.
- To email you price-drop and deal alerts you signed up for.
- To forward your contact form inquiry so you can be reached about a car.
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Third-party services
- Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider and by Google or Apple if you choose those buttons.
- Car listings, photos and dealer information come from automotive data providers (such as MarketCheck).
- Alert and inquiry emails are sent through our email service from notify.finddealhawk.com.
Your choices
- You can delete saved searches at any time from the My searches page.
- You can stop alert emails by deleting the related saved search.
- To have your account and data deleted, contact us through any car page's inquiry form and ask.
Data security and retention
- Your data is stored with our cloud hosting provider and protected by access controls.
- We keep your information while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to.
- No website can guarantee perfect security, but we limit access to your data to what the service needs to run.

- If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
